Planning a Blues Clues Party? This colorful and cute banner would be the perfect décor item for your party! The banner is made from layers of premium quality card stock in your choice of colors. For this banner I used mixed layers of blue and pink for a combined birthday but can make it all blue or all pink. Assorted characters decorate the ends of the banners as well as a few of the pennants. Foam squares are used to add a 3-dimensional look to the graphics and letters. The banner is strung together with color coordinating ribbon.

Photo Banners have small 1" inch pegs attached to the back so you can easily pin up your pictures of their first year!
